Hoopla 2.0

Hoopla now offers two different types of checkouts to patrons.  These options are based on digital rights licensing for titles that is set by the publishers.

The two types are:

Instant:  these are the titles that are no holds-no waiting always available

Flex:  these are titles that allow one user at a time, so there will now be holds abilities in Hoopla.  So any title requiring a hold is a Flex title.  (Think popular authors like Patterson, Grisham, Baldacci, etc.)
